1st bb gun for my son
Shoots well and fits the younger kids. Price is right. A good place to start teaching the basics of gun safety.

Good gun
I had this gun when I was 7 and then it seemed like it could destroy anything. I now know that it only shoots 250 FPS but it is still a great gun. I also like that I never have to reload it because it holds like 250 bbs.

Solid BB gun
My son wanted this style and it works well. He is 8 so it is a little hard for him to cock it but that can be a good thing.

Update
Have had this for about 2 years and it is still shootin like it was when i first got it still very accurate for a smoothe bore, I have hit soda cans from about 75 ft. For just plinking around on a budget this is great. It is made out of metal and possibly real wood. the only problem i have had is that the piece that adjust the sight fell out and i lost it, but with a little bit of force it bent back just right. I bought a solid foam block target and their is a huge whole right in the middle and about 4 inces deep!! hope this helped.

Good air rifle to start out on
I bought this air rifle for my 7 year old. It is easy to use and easy to shoot. I recommend this air rifle for beginners. The air rifle has not failed or had any issues as of yet and we are really happy with it. It doesn't shoot that far but that is okay for what my son and I use it for.

Review
It shoots straight enough at 50 feet. It's not so powerful that you have to worry about life threatening injuries. Easy to load. Quiet when shooting . The perfect starter gun for a 10 year old boy or girl.

As great as it ever was!
Bought this for my son's birthday. He Loves It! I Love it. Loads easy, holds tons of BB's, aim is spot on, well made. Its a little difficult to pump for my 12 year old but it makes him stronger. The requirement to make an effort to pump the gun, is by no means a deterant for him to use it.
