Happy I bought this!
This is a great product to add to a hydratiion system. The price is very competetive with other products along the same lines while maintaining the quality needed. It is strong and has been sandwhiched in my backpack often. Drawbacks could include clean-ability? The opening is small for cleaning tools. If it is not upright with the opening at the bottom you will seal ait when drinking. Also, color options on the hoses would be nice. I use mine hunting by the way.

Great product
I love this hydration pack. The price isn't bad and the pack is very durable. I was able to fit two of these in my backpack because I was able to move them around and squish it where I needed to.

Good replacement for Camelback

Love my monotreme!
Recently purchased this for a hike to Mt. Mitchell, NC. It was a perfect fit in my Kelty Redwing. I filled it up right out of the packaging with none of the expected "plastic" taste you get with other bladders...no leaks, less bulky than the dromedary competitor. Bite valve clip snap malfunctioned but otherwise this is a great bladder.

Gets the job done
I've used just about every brand and model of hydration pack. This item gets the job done. It's easy to use (fill / empty) and I really like the integrated hanging hook for drying. My only concern is durability. I've long been a fan of the MSR dromedary for durability reasons. I'm a bit worried about taking the Platypus Hoser on backpack trips because a torn hydration bag in the backcountry could be a very, very bad thing.

Perfect Hydration Pack
This is a 3.0L pack so make sure your bag can support that size. It is an excellent product! Leakproof, long hose, and the mouthpiece works great. The hang piece is very thick and durable too.
