Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Excellent product. Tested at Mt Baker Ski Area and Stevens Pass, Washington. April 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by True fit Ordered this helmet for my son. He likes it and seems to fit him great with minimal adjustment. March 29, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not What it looks like. I ordered this helmet for myself right before I went on a ski vacation with my family. I had high hopes for the helmet. The helmet did not come in its own individual box or bag, but rather in one large box with a bunch of paper around it. The helmets ear pieces were broken the outer shell had smudges and scratches as if it was already used. The helmet looks nice and if your willing to risk your money go right ahead, but I recommend a different helmet. March 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not available in store We went late in the season to find a new helmet for my son, none were in stock in the store, so I ordered online. This helmet came quickly and will protect his head when we snowboard at Winter Park over Spring Break. It will probably only fit for a year, but it was inexpensive as helmets go. March 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this helmet! fits great & very comfortable. I am very pleased with this helmet & would recommend it highly. It is comfortable & fits nicely & light-weight, yet solid. I am anxious to try it out down-hill skiing in Breckenridge next week on vacation. February 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by fan freakin tastic Went into the store expecting to spend $100 on a stupid helmet. Spent less than that and got a dang good helmet. I am a poor skier yet so I definitely had some decent wipe outs (*cough* hit myself in the head with my own ski *cough*) but never felt it with this sucker on. As a nurse, I am a HUGE fan of wearing a helmet while skiing...so do it! And consider this helmet! It was cheap but did its dang job and came in a cute color too! Also I liked that the band actually fit beneath my chin. I felt like a lot of the more expensive ones pushed up against my Adams apple. Not okay! February 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable, warm, and has pockets for earphones! Let's face it, no one really wants to spend $60 on a helmet... but this relatively cheap helmet is great at what it does. The googles strap does it's job, the chin strap is comfortable, and it was nice to listen to some music while on the slopes. It would be really awesome if the vents were able to close, but that feature is usually reserved for the high-class head bumpers. Overall, I really like my helmet, it's a pretty color blue that matches my jacket, and for the cost comparison... you can't really beat it. February 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Probably a floor model... Realized after taking it out to the slopes that it seems to be missing some padding. At least I hope it's the floor model and not a design error. So, double check for padding. It's was on sale for $60, but without the padding, I wouldn't have paid near that. No vents to close, so it's no good in colder temps. Fits well otherwise, easily adjustable and safe. Just not comfortable or warm. January 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't buy I go snowboarding at least once a year. This year I am going at least five times and I wanted to get a helmet that would protect my head and look good and is cheap. This helmet fit the description. I wore it for one night and the strap in the back for the goggles ripped. Also they didn't have my size so I had to get a size bigger. Don't buy this helmet! Rated 3 out of 5 by Ordered two. One arrived new and the other was worn/scuffed We ordered 2 helmets for our sons' Christmas gifts. My only complaint is that one helmet was not in its original packaging and had been significantly scuffed. Perhaps it had been returned or had been a display model. We did not have time to mail it back for a new-looking replacement because a day of snowboarding was part of the boys' Christmas gift. We were disappointed that Dick's sent us a helmet in less-than-perfect condition. January 4, 2014
