Great start up compound bow Bought for my wife who is 5' 2" tall. She loves the bow. The draw is just right for her and the let off even better! She needed a hobby and seems to have found it with this bow. Great bow for someone interested in this sport. Price was under $60.00 on sale. Money well spent! March 4, 2015
Perfect for starting It is prefect for my kid twelve. Is very happy to start shooting (and me too :) ) February 15, 2015
Kids bow is great Ok for 5-8 yo bow for a little boy, but it is good for the price February 12, 2015
Serious Bow - Serious Fun Bought for my almost 12 year old son, and he loves it. He's not a small kid - he's a good athlete, normal strength, and he can just about pull back the bow. He's looking forward to growing into it, he says, and is able to handle it currently with only minor struggle. I'm his dad, and I find I can handle it well but it's not a toy. It's the real deal. I would say don't underestimate the power of this set. We lost two arrows when we overshot the target we bought and it went into the ground beyond the target and disappeared. Yes, they went underground, just about parallel to the ground in the backyard, and now we have to bust out the metal detector. I know it sounds crazy, but we didn't think it was that powerful. These arrows travel far and fast, and you must get a target with sensible backstop behind it. If it's too hard, the arrows will be damaged. Yes, it's no hunting bow, but I'm really satisfied with it as an introduction to archery. Get an extra set of arrows. It's a 25lb bow, so don't get arrows for a more powerful bow. December 29, 2014
Cheap quality All the strings are not aligned. Every arrow shoots to the left. Not good to learn on. Very disappointed. December 25, 2014
Good quality for the money I bought this as an early Christmas gift for my son. It is a very good first bow in that it has enough strength to really shoot an arrow while still not being overpowering for a 11 year old boy. December 3, 2014
pretty good bow for the money this is a good sturdy bow and descant for the money November 28, 2014
Nice bow This is a nice beginners bow. It is a left/right hand bow but pay attention because if you are like me and do not know much about bows, this is set for right hand and you need a bow press or someone who can change it to left hand. November 4, 2014
Well made a very well made well design product my son enjoys it October 9, 2014
An excellent youth/beginner bow. I bought this for my ten-year-old daughter on her birthday. She's having a hard time drawing it, and is finding it a bit discouraging. Her big brother and I are messing around with it, and we find it's a great beginner bow; durable and accurate. I see a lot of comments that say it shoots to the left but I wouldn't know; we shoot w/o sights. If it, indeed, shoots consistently to the left, that's okay; get to know your bow. My daughter is confident she will get better at drawing it, and refuses to allow me to exchange it for a lighter bow. July 22, 2014
