I put mine on my sons AR. The first one I got the reticle broke the first day. Dicks replaced it the same day. New one works great and we have used it several times. Clear field of vision and really easy to sight in. We really like the compact size as it allowed us to leave the iron sights on the AR.

I bought 2 of these dual color scopes for my boys 870 Remington Express deer slug guns. Look good out of the package. Can't wait to have them try the scope out. For the amount of money spent they work fine. Sure beats iron sights. Gonna get one for my Marlin .44 mag rifle.

Mounted mine on my S&W M&P15 and zeroed it within minutes. I really like that you can choose red or green dots and intensity. My only complaint is the set screws come loose after a few shots. If you purchase this sight, I highly recommend a drop of lock-tite on each screw before mounting it on your weapon just to ensure that the time you spend zeroing is not wasted.

Needed an inexpensive sight to use occasionally on a 45-70 rifle. This fit the bill exactly. And when its not on the rifle, it doubles as a sight on my crossbow. The dual color feature is a plus as well. Recommend unit at a reasonable price and high quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyCustomer TRUGLO Dual Color Red-Dot Sight: Happy, Happy, Happy
I went into Dicks looking for a scope for my AR15. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, and to my surprise the guy working didn't try and sell me something extremely expensive. He actually asked me what my budget was which kind of shocked me.
I purchased the TRUGLO Dual Color Red-Dot Sight, and so far I am very happy. He was even kind enough to offer to sight the scope in for me if I brought my AR15 into the store. I thanked him for the offer, but passed since I can do it myself.
The scope is everything he explained it to be. I didn't even have to zero it in for 100 yards (just as he said I wouldn't) and it hits dead center. I'm very happy with it, and very happy with the customer service I received while looking at it. I would recommend this scope for anyone who is looking to use it for shorter range.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TargetShooter22 Works great, just don't treat it like a scope.
Bought for S&W 22a and Ruger MKIII. The product works great with a good, bright dot that can be two colors and 4 or 5 brightnesses for each color. Clamps on easy and grips to rails decently well. Once I set it up, it was right on for what I was using it for. The trick is setting it up. It didn't seem like each click on the adjustments for elevation and height weren't quite consistent, but neither are some types of bullets, so one can never be too sure. Just don't expect that mil-to-mil adjustment you get with larger scopes, it's just not that accurate.
Comes ready to use with the battery in. If you know how to sight a scope, you can take this out of the package and toss everything except the scope itself. My only complaint is the batter compartment's top comes undone sometimes if you spin the reticle selection wheel on the top in one direction. You can crank down the battery cover, but at the risk of sticking it on there for good. Oh, and if you do take the battery cover off, be sure not to lose the rubber seal that flew off mine when I opened it for the first time at the range.
