Rated 4 out of 5áby not bad for the money These came with inserts but that are all but impossible to get in, messed up two arrows already trying. Been in the bow shooting for years never found them this tight ever. So going to sand them down a bit to see if they will be better. But if you want something normal get something else. Rated 4 out of 5áby Affordable Target Arrow Good product, good price. I was looking for a target arrow and these work perfectly. September 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great arrows I love these arrows you will not be disappointed with how well they shoot January 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Good, basic arrow. I am just getting back into archery and wanted a set of practice arrows at a reasonable price that I wouldn't feel too bad about damaging or loosing. These arrived in reasonable time. I needed to trim them to length, a fairly easy task with a dremel and metal cut-off blade. Instructions for the included inserts did not specify how to glue them in, but I quickly found guidance on the web (use hot melt glue). I am shooting these arrows with my recurve, a Shakespeare Tioga, 45#. I have surprised myself by shooting some remarkably tight groups at 20 yards. At this stage, any inconsistencies in my shooting are likely due to my rusty technique and not the arrows. These are performing well enough that I don't know what I'd gain by paying more for an arrow. Of course I've managed to plant a few arrows in the ground, and I can report that these are durable and don't seem to show any damage. Although I've only been target shooting to date, I see no reason why these arrows wouldn't perform well as a hunting arrow. October 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Nocks are not aligned for re-curve bow I've bought these before. It is a great price for a good quality arrow. They came with inserts but no tips. I had to remove the glued on nocks and install new ones lined up with the cock vane. Not a problem for me, just wanted others to be aware. (They may be fine for a Wheelie bow, I only shoot trad.)You will also have to glue the inserts in as they come in a little bag. Even adding points and new nocks these are still some of the cheapest good quality arrows out there. February 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Awsome arrows I just got these arrows at Dicks today and they are great. Very accurate , flys straight makes great groups only bad thing is that after shooting them twice one of the knocks came off but was very easy to replace I would recommend these to everyone September 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Cannot be beat These Easton 1916's won't be beat. They fly terrific and are straight arrows. The reason the tip holder and knocks are packed loose is so you can trim the arrow to your draw length if needed. Then if you glue the tip holders and knocks into place "PROPERLY", the knocks won't move and the tip holders won't get lost like some have stated in their reviews. I began using these arrows initially because Dick's sells them for such a good price. I since have shot other more expensive arrows, but these aluminum Eastons get the job done just as good as any arrow costing more. I use them exclusively now. I haven't had a deer to complain yet that I am using a bargain priced arrow. They simply don't know the difference. July 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5áby Fall Stalkers Walked into Dicks expecting to spend around $60 on arrows but was surprised to find these Easton arrows for $25. I was more than happy with that price considering how expensive archery, in general, can be. Looking into the box I noticed that they weren't knocked and they didn't have the points in. I took the package to a worker in the sporting goods section and turns out they had them in the box. He quickly said," I can cut and glue them for you in 2 minutes" like a robot he had them cut to my draw length and had the tips in place. I took them home and the following morning I was shooting groups so tight I shot the knocks off of (3) three arrows from 30 yards. Couldn't be happier with the service at Dicks or the product. Will be buying more of these A.S.A.P! July 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great arrow for price Not sure why some are complaining here. Easton arrows in general are great reliable arrows. These ones here come with inserts loose, you'll need to glue them in. They also need to be cut to your draw length....not a problem to do at all. They fly pretty good if you are using them on the correct pound Bow. Fly well out of my Browning recurve 45 lb bow. Only gripe I have is the same for all the fall stalkers at stores like Dicks and elsewhere, they come factory fletched and they never line of the nock with the cock fletching...and these are glue on nocks. Its not a big deal as you can still shoot them, but I can never understand why Easton doesn't line them up. I picked up a bag of replacement nocks for a few bucks and just spend a few mins taking these off (heat and razor) then glue on the new nocks. Takes mins to do and I have a perfect arrow, nocked as I like....all said and done...these are a bargain arrow IME. May 26, 2013
