This is a lifetime product
I cook using the sun. Cast iron is an excellent media for transferring and storing heat. So the dark cast iron of this pot works very well with my solar cooking.
These pots last a lifetime. And cooking covered means everything retains more moisture. The self basting lid makes for trouble free roasting. A very well built product that will grace your kitchen and camp for years.

Great product at a great price. Love the added "spring style" handle for hanging on a tripod when camping, or for simply easier lifting off of campfire grill. Will get a lot of use.

Good oven...wish the lid had a lip edge
The oven was pre seasoned and is crafted pretty well. Wish the lid had a lip around the edge so you could put coals on the top more easily.

Missing handle
Gave this Dutch Oven as a present. The box said it had a handle, but when opened it did not have one. I had to return it. I purchased the larger dutch oven and have been satisfied with that.
