Lodge Cast Iron Lodge Logic Combo Cooker 5 5 1 1
Great combo set This is a great skillet set for home or camp use. You can use the pans individually or combine them for dutch oven cooking. Also can be used on the stove top, or in the oven. I have made fried chicken, deep dish pizzas, cornbread, apple pie, frittatas, stir fry and breads in this set so far. I have used these almost daily, and have since purchased a few other sized lodge skillets. You have to cook with a lower heat than your traditional non-stick pan and have to use a bit more oil, but the more you use it the more it becomes seasoned and acts more like a non-stick pan. Patience is key with these. The handles do get hot, so pick up a set of handle mitts that lodge makes. August 14, 2012
