Rated 5 out of 5 by Jilliegirl23 Love Rodney's DVDs! This DVD is fantastic for beginning yoga practitioners! I appreciate that you are able to choose from full instruction for poses or the least amount of instruction needed if you are more experienced with yoga. Rodney keeps a moderate pace, good for beginners, and explains the postures very thoroughly, allowing you to maintain good form and feel the work of each posture the way you should. This DVD is better than some beginning classes I have taken. If you enjoy a mindfulness approach to yoga, then you will enjoy his ending relaxation/brief meditation. My only complaint is the numerous annoying GAIAM commercials at the beginning of the DVD. yuck! Thank goodness I fast forwarded through those to an excellent product! I've already recommended it to several people, who have also purchased and enjoy the DVD. August 6, 2014

Rodney and his assistant worked with good timing allowing myself (the beginner) time to get into position. I was also impressed with all the different types of workout techniques to choose from.
