Rated 1 out of 5 by These waders are garbage I am an avid stream fisherman and I am always looking for a good buy on waders. I found these marked down to $89.95 and thought they would be worth a try. Well you get what you pay for with these. The first time out the right ankle seam started to leak within an hour of being on the stream. It was on a Saturday afternoon and I didn't have time to go back and get another pair before my Sunday morning trip. Sunday morning I figured I have to just bear with the leak but by the afternoon on Sunday they were leaking on both ankle seams and in the crotch seam. Thank God it was warm out. Needless to say I returned them. That was the best thing I could say was the service I got was great when it came to the return. I would never buy anything made by Field and Stream again. Rated 2 out of 5 by Field and Stream Breathable stockingfoot wader I bought these waders in the spring (2013) and the leg seams are starting to leak. Upon examination I noticed chafing on the outside of the wader inside the crotch on both sides of the leg areas.Yes, I had some punctures from hooked fish running into me, but I patched them up and all was fine. Now this chafing issue, It seems those areas need to be reinforced somewhat. I think the chafing occurs while walking and the wader material brushes against the opposite legs. I guess Field and Stream could consider this wear and tear. Will consider another brand next time. September 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm and dry I bought these waders back in June, but did not get on the river(wading, too busy lake fishing in my Field and Stream, Eagle Run Kayak)until Oct.21!! The river was cold, high, and fast. I had to walk through brush, tall grass, cattails, along parts of the river. The waders were very comfortable to walk in, did not leak at all in the water, and with a plain pair of socks, and sweats, I was warm, and stayed, comfortably, in the river for long periods at a time. I'm happy I followed my sons(he is my fishing mentor)advice to buy these waders. Looking forward to many more hours of river fishing next spring. :) October 29, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good value but not the best ever These waders were pretty solid overall. I wanted a breathable wader that wasn't too expensive and these fit the bill perfectly. they are comparable to any other entry wader from frog toggs or proline. i would recommend dual knee patches if you are going top of the line, but if you are buying entry level waders, then i probably would not. it just ends up being one more seam. i read reviews that cheaper waders with knee patches would trap water behind them, so i was glad that these did not have the knee caps. they did not have belt loops which was irritating. it was not an issue during use, but i always had to keep track of my wading belt when i was drying them. they have an inside chest pocket, but not an external one. it would be nice to have, but like the belt loops, this is something they don't offer in the entry level to entice you to pay more. neither one was much of an issue though. i used these for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks in alaska and they held up well. they did not leak and were durable while we were hiking. the stream was cold, but with wool socks and fleece pants they were good to go. breathable waders are great for packing away. they are so small and great for trips. they are also very comfortable and they are immediately dry when you get out of the water. we wore them on 2 hour 4-wheeler rides to the river and then another hour in the truck and they were always comfortable. i like that they were inexpensive and did the job. they did not leak, they were durable, and comfortable. i didn't like the fact that they didn't have belt loops or a chest pocket. i recommend them but want people to know what you are getting. don't expect top of the line because you are not paying for it. I used these with Field & Stream Pro Wading Shoes with Cleats which i highly recommend by the way. i am very satisfied with these boots and somewhat satisfied with the waders July 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by not too bad... I bought these because I was desperate and didn't want to pay flyshop prices for waders. I was shocked at how well these were made and they have held up pretty well so far. Built in gravel guards are nice touch for inexpensive waders. I'll wear them until they wear out...but at this price, I'd buy them again. May 5, 2010

Rated 5 out of 5 by chest waders The waders did great keeping water out yet were still breathable. Little bit a water on socks after 10 hours in the river. October 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by very comfortable for fishing i would recomend these to anyone that doesnt feel the need for a fancy name on there waders. they are just as good trust me with out the fancy price tag. June 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Does the job well I bought these in August of 2011 and have used them about 2-3 times a week since for hours at a time. No leaks, even when fishing for Steelhead last week I became tangled in someone's mess of what seem to be 20lb test and about 3 size 8 hooks. Two of the hooks were in the wadders themselves but still no leaks! I've used them fishing in bay's and creek's and the built in gravel guards are great. They seem to have held up very well so far walking through very rocky creek's, along the creek banks in the woods walking through weeds and thicket. A few thing's I wish they had are, padded shoulder straps and a gusset in the crotch. One other thing and I don't know if other wadders are warmer or not but my feet get absolutely numb in 40-50 degree creek water with wool socks on. But other than that these again are great so far.
