Works well
I love that it keeps my water bottle from bouncing around. Unfortunately it doesn't fit smartphones, which is kinda stupid. I may have gone with another one if I had known that.

Nice Belt
Overall a very nice belt for longer runs, for me that is between 5 and 10 miles. Took a couple times to get use to the extra 'bulk' but overall has a nice feel to it and having the extra water and spot for my key and gel packs is great.

Waist of money
I bought this while training for a 1/2 marathon. I only used it a few times for longer runs where water is needed. It was very uncomfortable. The pack bounces around when you run and the bottle impedes the motion of your upper body. I felt like I was having to mess with it the whole time. Wouldn't recommend.

Great for kids 7+, easy to adjust waitband. Water bottle carries comfortably. Bottle easy to fill, access, secure, leak-proof and easy to clean. Waistand carries comfy all day, great for hot climate, but buy larger model by same brand with side pockets if carrying more than ID, cash and small keys, the zippered pocket is too small.

OK Product
I bought it for running, but the design and the size of the bottle made it too uncomfortable. The bottle is too heavy when filled. It bounces too much for me when running. However, I've found that it is very good for walking and for working outside when you need to have water handy and you're too far from a faucet.

Good stuff
Good product. Minimal bounce when running, so not annoyed on long runs. Great for long runs where you need large qnty of water/gaterade.

to expensive
was to expensive. Didn't fit exactly right, but had to have a water bottle and not much time to shop. Would not have bought at Dick's if I had had more time to shop.

Ok but . . .
The pak has some good qualities -- place for large bottle, fits comfortably. But my phone doesn't fit in the little packet. I was disappointed but I kept it for limited uses.

Great little pac
I have been wanting something like this for months. i am an walker/runner and get very thirsty! so when i seen this, i knew i had to have it. I did a 1/2 marathon, so i filled it with smart water and froze it the night before. It stayed very cold for a long time and it was close to 90 degrees that day of the race! Did it's job well!
