okay fin
seem to work ok except when you go back to barefoot, swimming becomes hard. Also, heel straps are no good. Mine just broke with a medium amount of use or 1 day each week for a mile for about 3 months.

Great Leg exercise
I really like these swim fins. Adds extra resistance in the water causing your muscles to work harder. I have to wear socks with my fins because they rub my feet without them. They are a little expensive but the only style in the store. The Dicks I go to does not have a good variety.

Comfortable and they Work!
These fins are exactly what I need for a 2.5 mile swim race I am in. They adjust to a wide range of sizes. I wear a 9.5 in womens' and I can use these on the smaller adjustment of a size "11-14." Which means my husband can wear them at some point as well! They are very comfortable and I haven't experienced any pain or blistering after hours of use.

Small detail failure- Ugh!
The heel strap on the fins broke, making the fin usuable. Realize this strap gets extended rigorously in some cases, so the breaking strength needs to be increased. My fin strap snapped with ordinary use.

Love these fins
Just recently purchased these fins and I love them - they are light weight and work like a charm. Love how they make me feel like my kick is improving every time I use them!

Great quality, but did not fit correctly
When shopping for swim fins I looked over the size chart on the package. My shoe size is 13 and the chart listed that these would fit. However, after purchasing and trying them during my swim session they did not fit correctly. If you are a size 11/12 they would likely fit well, but with size 13 it's a VERY TIGHT fit and actually hurt my foot/toes. If you have smaller feet these are great quality and would likely work well for you.

More information.
I bought them to us in the pool to strengthen my legs. I like them alot and would buy them again. There needs to be more information on how to adjust the straps. Had a hard time getting them to adjust. They are just the right size for an indoor pool.

Broke before use
As I was lowering the fins into the water the first time I tried to use this product, the clasp broke on the heal strap. I'm sure they would be great if they didn't break right away. I may exchange them for the same fins again, but I may try a different brand.
