I will never buy anything from Dick's on line this product came in a open box it was used if I wanted to buy a used skyKaddie I would have bought one from the co.it self for half price. When I called Dick's they said that they were sorry. I took It back to the store and got my money back.

The SGX sky caddie did not come with an AC adapter to charge it. The box wasn't sealed and it was opened. I felt like it probably wouldn't work. I went to a different town with a larger store. The golf pro let me exchange the SGX for there's that included a charger with no problem. I'm giving to my boyfriend for Xmas so we'll see if he likes it. *cross fingers* I just hope it works!

I had a older model GPS that was stolen
Purchased a new GPS unit at murrieta store in CA
Followed dierections to load it and failed
Return GPS unit to your store
Very unhappy with golf store personal that showed very limit help
Currently have no plans returning to Murrieta store for anything

I highly recommend NOT TO BUY the SGX Skycaddie. Had to return it when I initially got it because it would not download courses or receive a satellite. The support system that comes with Skycaddie is not user friendly when attempting to download courses or when upgrades are made by Skygolf. I no longer receive a satellite and now they want $89.99 for a USED recertified SGX besides the annual fee to activate the unit. I am very dissatisfied with the overall service and reliability of this product.

i like the sky caddie after i finally got my down loads but they had to send me one pre downloaded because support could not download and had me to send it back because it had locked up. it"s a good product but to complicated

I bought my SGX in early May and it failed out of the box. In the following mish-mash of customer support mishaps and misunderstandings, I ended up with a replacement SGX in a week and a half (not the 3-4 days I expected as a new customer), and was offered a portable cart mount as a free gift. When the mount had not arrived by July 1st, I started the process to return my SGX to SkyGolf.
It is a great product, but SkyGolf has no clue as to how to support their product and make customers happy. I like the product, but don't want to ever deal with their customer support again.
I am still waiting for my credit for the purchase price.
It is a great product, but if you buy one, I hope you never have to deal with their customer support.

It was a great buy 4 the money. Play one round with it and it work great with the yard. Can't wait to get back out for round two. It was easy to read and work with. This is skycaddie 3 for me. This one is the right size. And love the color screen.

I cannot give the SGX a good rating. I took it out 4 times.The 1st time it would not load. The second time it caught up on the 5th hole of the front nine. The next time the same, and the 4th time it locked up and I could not get it free. I returned my SGX for a refund. I would love to have had it work for me since the one time I used it , it seemed pretty neat... sorry.

Daily or weekly at courses I play at. It is slow...very slow. Way too many features. K.I.S.S. works better here.
