Cheap
Product has a substandard and of poor construction; lid seal and water leaks. It should have a rubber gasket to seal the lid to the body. The lid is also hard to screw on property. Unit tipped over during a lacrosse game and all the water leaked out.

difficult for women and children
I bought 3 of these for my kids. Labels left nasty residue that even acetone had a hard time removing. Grass and dirt stuck to them everywhere. It takes major strength to tighten the lid enough to seal. Handle attach points look very weak. I have one of these that is of the same brand that is 25 years old and it is easier to use and not as bulky. The only advantage of this new one is the shape of the lid makes it easier to grip when putting on or taking off, but believe me, you need it just to get the thing to seal and then have any chance of taking it back off. There has got to be a better alternative out there.

Great product for great price!!!
This product is exactly what my daughter needed for long soccer tournaments. It holds a lot, as well as keeping it cold for a long period of time. The price was fantastic too!

It's leaks!
This product leaks when pouring. You need to get the top extremely tight and then it just leaks a little. Im' tempted to return.

Leaks !
Unfortunately, this product leaks. Bought 2 of them and both of the Igloo water coolers leadked around the rims - would not seal properly. Will be returning this item. Too bad because the colors were team perfect and the price was great!
