swiss k tennis shoes
the store was busy. help was there and provided quick help.
I am spraying the show with water repellant. the shoes felt good when I tried them on and walked around the shoe department. I am excited about breaking them in. I am a pedestrian and walk a lot so a good shoe is critically important for me.

Excellent pair
Summer's coming and I needed to break in a new pair of white shoes. Once I found the right size, I've been happy with the K-Swiss brand I picked up. In the past I've gone for jell souls with too slick soles- not the case here. The shoes felt great, walking and standing, and the treads are good for off road hiking when the need arrises as I found out last Sunday. Stylish, easy to clean, comfort & safety in all terrains. So far, a winner in my book.

Great basic tennis shoe
It seems difficult to find a full leather tennis shoe now-a-days. Most tennis shoes have a full plastic or partial plastic uppers which in my opinion can constrain the foot, retain heat and and inhibit motion. Not so with this old-standard.
This classic style tennis shoe has much bigger tread than most tennis shoes on the market. I find the tread pattern to be especially effective on clay courts. I do not slide on the clay courts and haven't tried with this shoes so it may not be a good slider. But it is great for gripping the surface.
The only thing I do not like with this shoes is the insole. It is glued in place and therefore difficult to remove. I use custom insoles and have to use a knife to cut out the insole so that my custom ones will fit. Not too big of a deal.
They are very comfortable and flexible shoes as well. I play tennis at least three times a week in these shoes and do not get black toe or blisters like I've had with some other shoes. They are also light-weight and classy looking. The leather is high quality and cleans very well.
The price is great and this K-Swiss ST349 is perfect for me.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT
This is the 5th pair of this particular pair of K-Swiss sneakers I have purchased. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. I highly recommend them.
