Great basic model
Although it does not come with all the Bells and whistles, this is a nice basic unit for anyone. I have been treasure hunting for years and wanted an inexpensive back up detector in case my high priced model were to go in the shop. I also wanted something I could use in areas like the beach where I didn't have to worry about sand getting into my $1000 unit.
This one basically just beeps and has a meter. You can choose different levels of discrimnation. I had this for just 3 weeks and found an 18k ring and the detector paid for itself with that one find.
Only draw back is it has a maximum depth of about 4" so if you are looking for old deep coins, forget it.
