Rated 5 out of 5 by DanP Excellent paddle for the money We own two of them on in each color. The feel and weight are great for the money and so far it has been reliable and comfortable. August 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kayak Kevin Great all around Paddle Bought my paddle about 7yrs ago when I bought my kayak, loved it so much I bought my mother one for her kayak. As long as you know what you are doin there is no "flutter" or other problems. Would recommend this paddle to anyone! Have used & abused mine with no problem & would replace it with another one if somethin ever happens to it. September 6, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Paddle Nut Flutter I was attracted to this paddle because it's beautiful, and the blue looked fantastic with my azure/white Perception Expression. However, it is nearly useless with a low angle stroke... OK, it's meant for high angle strokes. But the high angle strokes flutter. Badly. Just awful. I'm so disappointed! Dick's was really cool about my return, and I am awaiting delivery on my new Harmony paddle. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Questor76 Great Paddle ! Found this paddle to be perfect for a novice kayaker like myself. Lightweight, adjustable pitch, and sturdy fiberglass construction. With it's reasonable price, I feel I chose the right paddle first time out. July 29, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Paula1 Had two paddles break in same spot I agree this paddle is lighter than the cheaper ones but I've now had two sets of these break in the same spot, making them useless. THey aren't as durable as the cheap one I've had for over 5 years. Keep in mind, teens will use paddles to push off of sandy bottom or off a dock and these paddles don't seem to be able to take that kind of treatment, though the cheap ones can. I don't see a warrantee for it either. June 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shawn Excellent Purchased this paddle 2 years ago, I've used the cheap ones before as well, and when ever I go kayaking with friends, I always let them try this paddle and see the difference, the only problem is, for the rest of the trip I never get my Carlisle back! Rated 5 out of 5 by Gracie Lou Freebush Good purchase I had never kayaked before but was going on a day trip with friends so decided to buy a kayak and paddle. This was a fantastic purchase. I've used it two weekends in a row and it's light enough to allow me to be on the water for 7-10 miles with little to no issues in terms of weight. I would recommend it for the intermediate to experienced person. June 12, 2013
