Good Support
I ordered a size 8 wide and ended up having to get an 8-1/2 wide that worked much better. The shoe is comfortable. I do not have to add a support insole like I do on the two brand shoes that I have. After wearing for the entire day, the left edge of my foot feels a little pinched (maybe too strong a word). I was unable to try these on in the store because Dick's did not have these in wide. The shoes did come quickly and the 1st pair was returned to the store with a full refund, including the shipping cost. I already had gotten other walking shoes before I found these and had ordered these at the same time, but when they came, they fit well enough that I decided to keep them as well since I have trouble finding shoes that fit my feet and are comfortable. I have been looking for a replacement for my gore tex hiking boots that had finally fallen apart. I was having significant difficult finding a replacement. I was overjoyed to find these. No break in time, very comfortable, sturdy and water proof. I would like to thank the salesman (Franco)who assisted in ordering them since my size was not available in the store. They were delivered quickly so that I had them in time for my hiking vacation. Thanks.

NOT COMFORTABLE
My feet were so sore after wearing these. There's very little arch support. It was great that they were water proof, but seriously the most uncomfortable shoe I've worn in a while. Also they're way too wide across the ankle.

Super Shoes!
These shoes are perfect for keeping your feet warm and dry. I have Raynauds and these shoes keep my feet warm and snug on the longest walks. They are comfortable on or off the road.

GREAT SHOE
Bought these shoes for a trip to Ireland. Walked slippery, muddy paths with sure footing. Walked up and down very uneven stone steps in pouring rain without any feeling of slipping. These kept my feet dry and cozy for all of my outdoor activity. When I first put them on the tongue wrapped around my ankle area and felt like it could be a problem, but after wearing them only a couple of times this was not an issue. Love these shoes!
