Rated 5 out of 5 by Barnett Quad Crank Cocking Device. The shipping was fast and the cocking device was easy to install, works very well. September 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice accessory! If you install it incorrectly, you will probably have issues. Pretty easy to figure out though (especially with the video on Barnett's site!). Once installed, worked great! Clicks when winding with anti-reverse engaged, but can be wound without the anti-reverse for the times you want to be unheard. A must have for follow up shots in a tree stand. Unless you are incredibly skilled at recocking in a stand without moving too much and giving yourself away. August 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not good for certain models perhaps I had received this crank with my purchase of a Barnett Raptor as a bundle, and installation wasn't too bad once I figured out which model to install by (The instructions only cover a Quad and Wildcat, not a Raptor). Once on and I took it out to shoot, I experienced nothing but problems and headaches with it that would not occur by using the standard rope cocking device. It might just be the Raptor, but the channels that the string on the crank are guided by are too large for the string, and frequently while winding up the crank after it has been cocked, the string comes out of the channels and gets fed around the crankshaft or unravels outside of the spool. This is nothing short of shoddy engineering that it is not properly designed to contain the strings while cranking. The only way to untangle it is to completely pull the assembly apart and reattach it. Maybe it works better on other models, but if you have a Raptor, save yourself some trouble and just get a rope cocking device. January 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works Great After the Crank Device arrived I got it out to install it. The instructions were a little hard to follow since it covers several crossbows. However once I figured out which instructions to follow it was easily installed. I took it right out and used it as I zeroed my crossbow in with the scope. It worked great!!!! October 9, 2015
