Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 32 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Garbage Measurements are so bad that leg developer is too close to the floor to allow knees back to 90 degrees. It is so badly balanced that 100 lbs on the leg developer brings it dangerously close to tipping over. I will be looking into returning. August 29, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by If you just need one Nothing to shout about it does the job. Firm construction June 25, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Too narrow, not made of quality materials Gets two stars only because it holds the weight (for now). The bench itself is made of cheap plywood that ripped apart during a core exercise, now the head support just dangles and is only held there by the fabric. Arms that hold the bar are too narrow, you WILL pinch your hands unless you are either incredibly broad shouldered or are a child. Save your money for another paycheck or two and get something nice... Or make one. June 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does what you expect it to do This was a great starting bench for everything but leg extensions for me. Doesn't seem like that part of the machine was made for people my height (6'2) so my knees are too far forward with the bench in an upright position. Can still do them with the bench laid flat. Foam parts can come off if not readjusted after a few sets. May 25, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Its definitely a beginner bench Very solid and study. Received as a gift from my non lifter wife to help me get my motivation back. Main problem is its supports are not wide enough. You have to have a narrow grip to rack and unrack during bench press. Incline is limited also as you eventually have to reach behind you. Its pretty hard to re rack when its narrow and cant see. Overall its good if you dont plan on going heavy. May 20, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good basic bench Bought this for my son's birthday he loves it. Seems to be very stable. Was fairly easy to assemble. April 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy It was easy to assemble however I was missing screws April 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bang for the buck Came package perfect. No missing parts. Very sturdy bench for 100lb setup. April 19, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible quality Easy to assemble, but the thing was so tilted I had to prop up one side to level it. Also, seat broke after a few weeks of light use. Bottom of seat is very cheap particle board, held onto frame by just 2 bolts - each in the center on the frame; i.e. NO SUPPORT if your body shifts left or right to any degree. My teenage son barely weighs 150 lbs., so weight was not an issue. Don't waste your money... March 18, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bench is to low for leg extensions. Three different height users all had the same problem. Our feet drug the ground when trying to do leg extensions. 6'2", 5'7", and 5'4". We returned the bench to the store and got the Olympic set. Much better! March 13, 2016
