Customer Reviews:

Rated 4 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by all my weights fit on it!! This rack is great !! Its sturdy easy to put together. My 45lbs plates all fit on it easily. I was able to store 320lbs of Olympic Fitness Gear plates and there is room for more. My hex dumbbells all fit on the bottom 2 shelves 10,15,20,25,30,35,40lbs pairs. still have the top shelf empty for kettle bells If I get any. Great for the price and perfect for a home Gym or beginner. September 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Searching for Specifics , so far so good Seemed like a lot of vague reviews and possible misinformation on here so I hope this helps clear things up. I've been lifting over 20 years, and really enjoy testing things out and making mods if it can improve function or versatility. Spoke to customer service this morning regarding the Post and Shelf capacities so I can configure my setup the best way possible. Addressing some inconsistency and my thoughts: #1- Plastic covers on the storage posts can be removed, just find the little bolt, loosen it and then slide the plastic off. Then you can store your smaller (1-inch) hole plate weights. That's what I'm doing. I put (4) 25lb plates on the lower left post and feel that may be the max capacity for a post given some minor flex on the bolt... but I'm not sure. Olympic weights are wider so I'm not sure how much weight they factored in for each post. I was hoping 150lbs per post but I'll wait to see what corporate says is the final word here. Someone mentioned not being able to put the 2 inch spring collars back on if you remove the plastic. You could put your normal spring clips (for 1 inch spindle barbells/dumbbells) on there if you wanted to keep the weight secured from kids pulling it off. Just a thought. The plates won't fall off on it's own, it's 90 degrees from the floor not sloped downward or anything. #2- Dumbbell shelves fit my hexes ok. I'll update with how my adjustable (twist on inter-changeable) dumbbells fit when loaded with 10lb plates on each side to see how easy it is to rack and unrack those. My hope is to at least put my 25s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 2 pairs of my "load weight and screw on collars" dumbbells on here, I have some rubber 100s but don't plan on breaking a shelf by trying to rack those :). I think it will hold 3 pairs on each rack but will let you know if the 40, 50, 60 (iron hex) all fit together with room to take on and off. #3 Cool Modification. So there is a gap between the storage post and the frame and the beginning of where the dumbbells storage shelf starts and it's the perfect size to slide (upright) 1 or 2 of the steel-1 inch spindle- straight bars. With Plate weights on the outside this is perfectly fine and the bar won't fall over (to the outside), but if you took all your plates off the bar could fall to the side since nothing is holding it upright. For now I looped a rubber band around the outside bolts at the top (will post picture soon) and may test a piece of plastic or metal if I can find one with the right size. Basically if you can put something with holes for the bolts to go thru and tighten normally but also hold bars from falling out...this could save me on space storing my 3 straight bars. I plan on finding a way. #4- If you have 5s, 7s, or 8lb dumbbells you may be able to slide them under the lowest shelf and access them without being in the way of your big dumbbells on the bottom shelf. #5- I do plan on maxing out whatever capacity they tell me per shelf and post to see how this thing holds 1,000.00 lbs because I have the weight to store and would love to use thing thing to it's max to best free up space. I'm really hoping to put 600 lbs of plates on the pegs and a combination of 400lbs of dumbbell pairs, kettlebells or extra dumbbell handles on this rack once I get word on the actual specs from Fitness Gear in the next couple days. Rated 5 out of 5 by Safe clean gym Rack makes it easier to use or change plates and dumbbells. Keeps dangerous weights off floor and away from my kids! Stacking on floor was just too unsafe June 12, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for a home workout space I love this product. I would recommend picking up in store so delivery doesn't bend pieces but it works well in our home gym April 11, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Holds weights When I finally made the decision to buy the masterfully crafted Fitness Gear PREMIUM Storage Rack, I was sceptical about this products claim to be able to hold weights and other various home workout equipment. Will it be able to stand up to the sheer mass of all my dumbbells? Is it going to tie the room together and create some more positive energy that my basement desperately needed? The answer is a resounding YES!!! If you are looking for a storage rack for your home gym, buy this weight rack, or you can probably buy any other brand and it will function the same...Its a weight rack. March 9, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Has awesome features I just wish the 4 poles to hold the loose bar weights on the side didn't have the black covers! The free weights I have to store on the side have smaller holes to place on the pole and the clamps are too big to put at the end since I had to remove the black covers on those 4 poles. Rated 4 out of 5 by Space saver! Overall a great product. My only issues would be the space between the bars for the dumbbells themselves. It is kind of a tight fit. You have to be careful when racking the dumbbells to ensure you do not pinch your fingers. January 21, 2016
