Customer Reviews:

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad, not great. The first thing you'll notice is the bike is a pain to assemble - 2 hours, and you'll need an extra recycling pickup come trash day. The directions are poor - for instance, don't snap the plastic pieces in place until you're SURE everything is in place properly, as there are spots where the directions are not very clear or downright misleading about the order to do things, and they are hard to get back off. Multiple bolts don't line up properly. Four of the split washers were missing, 4 regular washers were the wrong size. When powering it up the first time, be very careful setting the date and time, because "OK" doesn't mean the day is set right, it means the day, date, month and year are ALL set right, and while the directions reference a section for resetting it...that section doesn't exist. So, my bike thinks it is 2032, which apparently is the default year. Still, once you get past all that, it's a sturdy build, runs smoothly, should last forever, so it's a good value. One more thing - the heart rate monitor sucks. It doesn't give you BPM, it gives you a range of where you are. But of course, that range depends on your age and, once you push OK...you're stuck with being 99 years old and, no, the directions do not tell you how to change it. May 25, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sturdy bike and quite I have had the bike a couple of weeks. It appears to be very well built. It is very quite. Not much in written directions mostly pictures but it was not complicated. I did get it together by myself. The one thing I'm disappointed in is you do not get a detailed user manual and have to download it off the computer. After spending over $500.00 on an item I think you should get a manual which goes into all of the features without having to resort to a computer and printing it yourself. So far I haven't tried any of the programs or the blue tooth functions. I would have given it 5 stars if they had included a better printed owners manual. January 29, 2016
