Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing product! This is a great elliptical. It is very fluid and smooth but at the same time provides the tension needed to have an amazing workout and get the feeling of purification and satisfaction that only comes from hard work. July 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Machine, App, website, not so much Machine is 5 stars. Solid, simple,(not quick) to assemble. If you rush through assembly you will be very disappointed. Very quiet. Nautilus Connect web site and android app are 2 star at best. Duplicates same workout, can't delete all mistakes. No way to reset an account that is fouled up beyond all repair. April 16, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Such a Headache! Nautilus Service Incredibly Lacking I purchased this elliptical from Dick's in January 2016. The item was delivered and I performed the assembly, which was fairly straightforward. Instructions were decent, if you followed the pictures closely. From the moment of assembly, the motorized incline did not work. Per the very prominent instructions, I contacted Nautilus immediately. After a very long wait on hold, a CSR "troubleshot" the problem and advised I needed a new cable assembly. They ordered that and told me GoConfigure would contact me to come and perform the repair at my house, per the limited warranty. Part arrived about a week later and GoConfigure came out a week later. Two and half hours there and they were unable to fix it. They say that Nautilus sent them the wrong cable. I had to wait another week before Nautilus had the final report from GoConfigure. They admitted that they "sent my order to the wrong person," and that they would "expedite" a new cable. It took more than two weeks and many calls before that cable was even shipped, and then when GoConfigure came back, they again could not fix the item. I was present while they spent more than an hour on the phone with Nautilus and I could hear Nautilus telling the technician to "try unplugging this cable," "more that one there." It was a mess. I was again told they would have to file a report with Nautilus and someone would get back with me. During this whole ordeal, I was also in contact with Dick's Customer Service, and I must say they were very understanding. After the failed second attempt at repair, Dick's agreed to ship me an entirely new elliptical. As they said it would cost more to have them pick up the original item, they told me I could "destroy it premises." To their credit, they also agreed to deliver and assemble the new elliptical. The elliptical was delivered and installed today -- by a different company. All went well, but when i went to first use the elliptical this evening, one of the runner boards literally popped off. The assembly team had not fully connected one of the feet. Having assembled the first one, I was able to repair it in about 10 minutes, but it just was icing on the cake for what has been a miserable experience. I have to give Nautilus and zero for their customer service, and I am FAR from impressed with the quality of the equipment. Dick's Sporting Goods, however, has gone above and beyond, and I'm happy i purchased through them than directly from Nautilus. March 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great machine for the money! Im used to walking on treadmills and i gotta say this is a much harder workout as it forces you to pick up your feet so you cant be a lazy walker like me. There some great qualities in this machine. Love the different programs but it doesn't come with any information on how to set them up. Either download the user manual online or experiment like i do. The speakers are ok but dont expect stereo sound. Its very quiet. People who are complaining about sqeaking need to lube the track with the supplied silicone. Mp3 cord is very short so i went and got a 6 foot cord for $5 at Big lots.Ive read lots of customer reviews before buying and this seems to be the most satisfying eliptical for the money. My only real complaint is the foot pads are not adjustable and its gonna take some time to get used to. I gotta say that the assembly manual is great. Its so easy to build so please dont pay for them to come and construct it for you. It only takes about an hr and a half maybe 2 at most. If you have tools use them. The supplied tools will work if you dont but so much easier with a ratchet, wrenches and screwdriver. I highly recommend this if you want to spend less than a thousand dollars. If you buy it from Dicks its well worth getting the store credit card and saving 10% right off the top getting it for less than $800 out the door. If you can swing it go with the Sole e35 for a little more than a grand. Its about a foot longer than the nautilus but has all the greatest features. But all in all i am very happy and hope to enjoy many years ans i am retiring my shwinn treadmill after 18 years of service. February 28, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by User documentation could be better My wife & I purchased this machine after extensive research and reading reviews on Dick's and other exercise equipment websites. The machine itself is well built and was easy to assemble following the assembly instructions included. DO READ the directions before unpacking and starting assembly. Also downloaded the User's Manual from Nautilus's website as recommended. Not really necessary as information there is also included in the booklet that comes packed with the machine. There are 2 of the assembly steps that are made much easier with and extra pair of hands but would not be impossible to do alone. My assembly time was about 3 hours actual with some breaks mixed in due to outside distractions. Used tools from my own tool box instead of the ones provided. Not necessary but handier. Main complaint I have is there is no mention or picture of the location of the main power switch in the manual. After assembly, I got on the machine and had no display or functions. Have the machine in a small room with the front located close to a wall. Left enough spacing so the EIN power cord is not in a bind but not really enough room to see the main power switch located next to the power cord socket. After changing power outlets source, EIN power cord, etc I happened to glance a finger on the switch and all problems solved. My wife and I use the machine daily and find it to be a demanding but pleasant experience. Setting up Custom Exercise programs is not really intuitive when you first try but after learning the steps needed, it is easy to modify and update as needed to match the improvement in your endurance and exercise intensity levels. All in all, I would recommend this elliptical machine to anyone looking for a good quality piece of home exercise equipment. February 17, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by No confidence I assembled the Ellyptical 2 days ago when it arrived at my house. So far so good. Turned it on, tried it out, still going smooth. Then I tried turning it on the next day. NOTHING. Called customer service after checking every possible connection. They said that it can basically be 3 things. The power Cord, the wiring harness to the console, or the console itself. Having absolutely no way to know which, they are sending me the console first as apparently that is the most likely cause. Fingers crossed. Certainly doesn't inspire confidence in this machine though. January 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nautilus E616 Elliptical I used the free ship method, that took extra time versus driving to the store but the extremely heavy item was shipped in reasonable time. Nautilus packaged the item perfectly, their assembly instructions were awesome. The item was assembled in two hours without incident and functions perfectly. I would buy a Nautilus product again from Dick's without question. January 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product. I have only had my new elliptical for a short time, but I love it. I had never used an elliptical before and can't believe the workout I get. It does, however, have a little squeak as you pedal but it does not distract from the object of getting a good workout. I am extremely pleased and look forward to many years of working out on this product. My husband also uses it and loves the workout he is getting. January 26, 2016
