Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk The bike rack itself moved from side to side. Also the bikes on the bike rack slid back and forth on the rack. I was afraid the bikes would fall off on the highway and be ran over by a truck September 3, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Couldn't even assemble it The bolts wouldn't even thread into the rack. Returning to get a Thule rack. June 27, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not what I was hoping for given the manufacturer To start with, I own 2 Specialized Rockhopper 29" (29er) mountain bikes. They really don't mount on the cross tubes properly due to the fact the mounting bars are spread way TOO far apart. The mounting strap system is OK at best, I don't really trust it. I have a small hitch on my Focus. The tube is VERY loose inside the mount, the larger mount may be better, but it is a resin plastic and I wouldn't use it on a 2" hitch. I don't really have anything good to say about the rack and I will buy a different rack and sell this one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. August 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not liking it Just not as sturdy as I like with only one bike on it! When I drive it comes out of the grooves set for it to sit in! Scratched my bike up pretty bad! August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by decent rack and comparable price We had to rotate the clamps to accommodate our bikes but we made it work by turning them around. August 21, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Pay more and get something sturdier It was easy to assemble but when I started to move the car it moved side to side quite a bit. It made me really nervous. I was driving 450 miles each way it was realty scary. I ended up taking it off and borrowing my girlfriends $300 rack and what a difference. Its worth the extra money to be safe on the highway! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bike rack at a great price I would recommend this product to anyone. Just returned from a trip to Florida and drove total of about 1,000 miles carrying 2 mountain bikes. The hitch rack worked great. Easy to install and remove. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy Set up This is a good quality rack, was easy to set up, requires your car or truck have a receiver hitch, U-Haul haul can install a hitch on your vehicle if you don't have one. August 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the Best The carry arms are too far apart which means I have to loosen one to mount my bike. Straps come loose easily requiring me to use a small elastic cord to secure the bike. July 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad choice Cheap made product. Construction is of lighter materials, and very loose fitting when installed in the hitch. I was worried the bikes would fall in transit. We took it back and got the Yakima 4 bike rack for not much more. July 3, 2014
