Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gets the job done We got this bag to drive the 8 hours from VT to NJ and back. It fits a good amount of luggage and is easy to install and store after use. It's economical and gets the job done. Stay within the max weight and they're no issues. August 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by no instructions in box, obviously used before great idea-water repellent not waterproof.no instructions, obviously used August 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by horrible product It ripped one hr into my trip. Causing lost items. Shredded completely. Waste of money and time plan on returning it as soon as I get back. August 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by not durable This bag is not very sturdy. It tore open on our roof about 90 minutes into our travels. August 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Returning Tore in several places in our first weekend trip. Will be returning to store for refund. August 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Tore Easily I bought the cargo bag to pack clothing in for moving out of my college apartment, The first time I attached it to the car with nothing in it, the strap broke. I exchanged it for a new one, and the seam ripped on the second one as I unloaded it from the car. The size is good, but you have to be very careful loading and unloading to avoid tearing. Rated 5 out of 5 by Travel Saver Yakima Roof Bag saved me big time! I was moving from Seattle to Arizona and needed extra space to haul all my items. This roof bag can hold so much and it is a great price. I have a Subaru wagon and it fit very well on my roof, and was extremely easy to attach to my car. I used this space for light items as you do not want to exceed your cars weight limit. The bag endured a massive rain storm in Utah, and none of my belongings were wet inside! Great quality and a fair price! July 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great concept - cheaply executed I liked the concept of the cargo bag for a variety of reasons and elected to get the more expensive version ( I don't mind paying for quality). Yakima's tag line of "buy more than you need" was far from "truth in advertising" in this instance. I just got back from our maiden voyage and there are already three areas of the bag that are coming apart at the seams. We are returning this one! June 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't drive in the rain! I just made my four trip with this poor cargo bag. I have had wet clothing on every trip. This time I found a hole in the top. August 25, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Worked as expected This product worked pretty well. I did not have luggage racks so the straps were located thru the cabin. It seemed to affect the gas mileage more than I expected. It did not leak so I was happy about that April 9, 2012
