Ups and downs
Boots fit very good and are definately water proof all the way up! They are very hard to zip up though, material next to zipper wants to catch. VERY lightweight. Good product for bowhunters walking in the dark (snakes).

Defective boot
Service and shipping were excellent however boots were defective ( missing the zipper pull ). Returned to local store- no problems however no boots in stock. Trying to decide whether to reorder.

Snake boots
First let me start by saying that I bought these boots because I literally walked out of the soles of my old calf high waders boots a week before hunting season started. I was told that I needed snake boots for hunting in the eastern north carolina area so these seemed like a logical choice. I like the slip on boot vise a lace up design. Just throw them on and go.
These boots are very light and they don't require a lot of break in time. Very comfortable, I can walk all day in them with out any issues.
One thing I don't like about these boots is the zipper. every time I zip them up the cloth gets stuck in the zipper and you have to use both hands to pull it out before you can move the zipper. My fix to this was to put my index finger behind the zipper while going up and down to prevent the cloth form jamming.
Additionally if you have larger calves you may not want to buy these. I have pretty large calves combined with pants and thermals its a pretty tight fit.

Love em!
Very lightweight and comforatable! I have hiked over 30 miles in these and still no leaks. The zipper got stuck in the liner one time so I now use my finger when zipping them up to keep the liner clear. Very impressed!

Excellent Snake Boot
Use the boots in South Texas at the ranch and at home in the yard. Boots very lite wieght, easy to put on and take off, comfortable and keep feet pretty comfortable temperature wise. Have had many different snake boots in the past, I've worn these thru the Texas bow season (warm weather) and now as temperatures cool off. THey are so lite I wonder if they really protect against rattlers but I'm trusting they do. I use that at home in my 2 acre yard for yard work and any miscellaneous work. I highly recommend this boot. Consider getting the Dick's 1 year warranty for $11 since these boots are lite, they may get worn out quicker than most. Cost is reasonable, retail around [...]

Comfortable Boots no break in needed
I like these boots a lot. I use them in SC to avoid timber rattler bites when deer hunting. I did have one problem when the zipper snagged the inside lining and I had to use a pair of pliers to unzip them. I broke off part of the zipper talon. I now always pull out on the zipper when I zip them up of down. I haven't had the problem again.
