(almost) worth the money!
I still think I'm half crazy for dropping $200 on a pair of boots. But the boots are so comfortable and well made, that they're almost worth the cost. Almost. They really are well made, and I'm hoping they hold up thru the whole winter, where most of the other boots I've bought have ended up really ratty, particularly the backs breaking and ruining the look of the boot. I'm hoping that I will get what I paid for in this case, and the back stays intact!

Love the boot hate customer service
Boots are great. They were given as a gift and the person who received them loved them My complaint is with your customer service. The boots were delivered soaking wet when I called to complain I was told I could return the ruined ones to the store and they would overnite another pair. A few days later no boots but I was told that overnite wasn't really overnite and to wait 10 days later no boots another call the boots were never shipped (about 6 days before Christmas. We'll resend them do you a big favor and over nite them (whatever that means) I thought customer service should have done a little bit more for aggravation, inconvenience and not knowing what overnite meant. I was told by a supervisor that I didn't need to shop with Dicks any more if I didn't like it, which I wouldn't have if it wasn't a few days before Christmas. Thankfully the boots came the day after but I will be taking the supervisor's advice and will no longer patronize the store. Thanks for the advice.

You really do get what you pay for :)
Always get them clean and put them back in box, how packaged and they will last forever :) ** the ugg cleaner and brush are worth the price as well. Enjoy :)
