awesome customer service
my boots came in and they were awesome we had a little tragedy with wet towels sitting on them all day and I had never even worn them long story but in a nutshell thank you to Dick's because they have amazing customer service and they replace my boots and I love my UGG! Awesome customer service! also if you ever own a pair of UGGs, you'll know that you don't ever want to get anything else

This is a great boot if you want comfort -- it's almost like wearing a slipper.

I love these boots. They are so warm and comfortable. I would recommend going down a size because they do stretch out when worn for a while. I usually wear a size 8 but I always get size 7 uggs! Do not get wet unless you spray them with waterproof protector
