Goalrilla Hoop Light Was easy to install and appears to be very sturdy and well built. December 3, 2012
Terrible service from Goalrilla Prompt delivery from Dick's. When I unpackaged it and tried to assemble there was a problem. Either the light gaurd cages or the light housings were fabricated incorrectly. The holes did not line up with the wire "studs". I called customer service, at Goalrilla, as directed in the paperwork. After some time on hold, I was asked to take photos and email them with a description to the service department at Goalrilla. I did so and after two weeks still had no response. Finally gave up an spent an hour in my shop correcting the problem myself. Only then was I able to complete the assembly. The included electrical cord will not even reach an outdoor outlet installed on the goal post at waist height. Had to use a short extension cord, out in the rain at times, to get power. Finally everything works and the lighting is good. November 25, 2012
Good idea but bad light fixture. The idea and the light it casts is good. But the fixture itself is junk. The mount for the glass cover was broken out of the box. I was told I could take picture's and fill out paper work but I would still get the same light fixture so in my opinion it is not worth the hassle. So I'm just going to find a different brand fixture and bolt it to the arm. February 20, 2011
