BUY THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE
This product should be removed from the store shelves, after buying and using this the prongs bent right away and I would not recomend this product to anyone.

Professional and knowledgeable sales staff in golf area
The products were well explaiined by the golf pro, Bill ,in the store. The spikewrenches and the golfspikes that fit particular makes of golf shoe. Two weeks prior he was a tremendous help with my putter selection and adjusting the lie to my rerquest. Great store with great knowledgeable and professionally acting sales people.

Skeptical about "standard" wrench
Needing an effective tool to remove well worn soft spikes on several pairs of golf shoes, I was very skeptical that the standard type wrench would work given my lack of upper body strength. Considered the more expensive "ripper" type tool but took the salesperson's advice that the Acuity Standard Spike Wrench was the most effective tool to both remove and replace spikes. It worked perfectly!

aint pretty, but it works
soak the dirty spikes in water and soften up the clogged dirt in the holes, press firmly before turning making sure both posts are seated in the holes, and it works well.
