For serious elbow support, keep looking
I liked the idea of adjustable straps. Problem is, they refuse to stay closed! Everytime I lift heavy (which is when I need the most support) the velcro straps pop right off. If you want real elbow support for strenuous activity, look elsewhere.

Great brace for fit/support/comfort!!
I use this when my RA in my elbows act up and it is great for support and helping ease the pain through the compression which is adjustable with the straps. The tighter- the more compression. Even better it's made from recycled plastic! (very soft sleeve)
