Customer Reviews:

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 33 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rest for knowledgeable archers. Easy to setup and tune. Whisper quiet. The other reviews on here are too obvious the operator did not know how to set up this arrow rest or use it properly. You want this rest to hold your arrow gently. Not have a death grip on it. I have used this rest for several seasons and in tournaments and have no complaints. If you have vane contact remember to index your arrows to get optimal flight and ignore the other reviews and take it from a pro, this sight is better than a whisker biscuit, quiter and more efficient and is good for beginners and seasoned pros. NAP makes tough as nails products that you can depend on. And if the people who left these reviews would be honest I assure you that any malfunction was human error and not design error. This rest is a great rest and I recommend it to anyone and if you don't know how to set it up don't be to proud to go to your local pro shop and have them set it up. You will not be disappointed December 21, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by NOT FOR COLD WEATHER had this rest since early spring to replace an octane hostage and loved it. had to make changes in fletchings as it tore up my old ones but still loved it. broke the plastic arrow tray this summer, used the spare that came with it and thought nothing of it but my bow sat in the cold and here it is 2 days before the big trip and it broke again November 15, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Real story First - I don't work for NAP, I am just a customer who got into Archery this year. Perhaps I don't have as much experience as some of the other reviewers but here is my experience with this rest and my 500+ arrow review. At first I had similar issues with the black plastic piece (the part that the arrow sits on and other reviewers said broke on them). The felt liner would wear through on the curved edge in 2 to 3 shots and start wearing through the plastic. Another 5 to 10 arrows and the plastic piece was almost worn through! I could see immediately why others were getting frustrated and rating it low. However I also realized 2 things, 1 not everyone was having problems so it might not be the product and 2 its been around long enough for NAP to have solved any earlier production issues. I contacted NAP for advice and was greeted with great customer service. The tech explained that my issues were 99% related to bow set up. He walked me through proper paper tuning - (I had done a ton of research on this and learned more in a few minutes with the tech at NAP) center alignment etc and sent me a few plastic replacements. I followed his advice, now shooting much tighter groups and have over 500 rounds down range on the same plastic piece with no signs of wear or breakage. If you have problems with this rest - its a tell tell sign your bow is not set up right. Its not the fault of the rest! Bottom line - great value, great service from NAP and if your new like I was you will learn a ton about bow tuning instead of paying the local shop to have some teenager do it for you. If your more experience you have most likely moved on to more expensive rests anyway!! August 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nothing bad to say Excellent product easy to install and easy to tune where you want it. Installed it on my new missions blaze and as soon as I got it sighted in I was shooting groups of 3 in the bulls eye stacked on top of each other. Nothing bad to say about this rest! March 4, 2014
