Nikon 10x21 Medallion Binoculars 4.7 5 12 12
Very clear, small size We have bought binoculars a few times that we haven't been happy with. These are good quality, crystal clear and lightweight. May 9, 2013
Top notch compact compact binoculars! I am a bird watcher, especially with raptor birds. Hawks, falcons ect. These compact binos have such excellent clarity and visual sharpness. And, in such a small package! Super lightweight, small and compact. These binos don't take up any room in the suitcase or travel bag. I own 4 other pairs of different size binos, but my 10x21 Nikon medallions are the best ! Sturdy lightweight construction with soft rubberized grip, and with superior focusing dial that rolls with your finger tips. I highly recommend these compact binos to anyone for any outdoor activity. Not powerful enought for bird watching We bought a pair of Nikon Medallion 10x21 binoculars to take to Costa Rica to use on the jungle water trips. The binoculars were very compact and light, and functioned very well. The problem was we purchase the wrong product for the trip. The binoculars were not powerful enough (10x). Also, when you adjusted them to the 10x power, the field of vision width was too narrow (21). April 16, 2013
5-Star Purchase! I had purchased these binoculars for whale watching in Mexico. Although not as powerful as the (heavy, bulky) binoculars brought by other members of the family, for me they were lightweight, amazingly clear & powerful enough! I really was going for something lightweight but the quality & clarity surpassed every expectation I had for a Nikon product. I would recommend these binoculars in a heartbeat! A very good value! Happy overall I looked at several binoculars for myself. Most I saw there were 10x but the size seemed to be perfect for me. I bought them and have no complaints. I used then mostly for range use but binoculars are an excellent thing to have for many reasons. I can easily see .223 holes at 100yards which is the main reason I bought them. Very happy overall. Fabulous! Lightweight. Sturdy. Easy to Focus. September 3, 2012
Great quality at any price These are after all made by Nikon. That isn't meant to add snob appeal due to the name, but it has the merit of exuding an air of quality and pride that results in a top notch product. These are featherweights. Obviously plastic optics are used, but the major camera companies have been doing this for decades now and it is an established technology. I am a hiker and these fit the bill in every way imaginable: great optics, reliability, toughness and super-light. July 19, 2012
better than I thought With such a small opening, I got better results than I expected at lower light levels. Lightweight without feeling cheesy. THe location of the focus knob takes a little getting used to. May 21, 2012
Nikon Binoculars Good compact binoculars, had to take the display model without box. The last set they had. April 30, 2012
