Not exactly what I ordered.
Ordered two sets of swimming fitness barbell style floats for strength training. The picture in the online catalogue (in the stoor) and embedded in this email do not match the color sent. Instead of blue and white, red (actually pink) and gray was sent. I ordered 2 sets, one set for my husband. Needless to say he is not thrilled with the color pink in his fitness gear. Also these swim barbells should be offered in different sizes. This is a "heavier" weight than I have been using. There was NO choice of sizes (thickness) in the catalogue, the store clerk presented when I purchased then through the store computer.

Perfect for water aerobicvs
I haven't tried these yet in the water but I had another set slightly bigger which worked out extremely well.

Good but leaky
This is my second set of barbells and, when the others wore out, I had to have another pair. However, this pair takes in water, which leaks out onto the ground/floor. Also, it seems that none of the sporting goods stores are carrying the barbells only -- now you have to pay twice as much for them and another piece of equipment that you don't want. Or, you can order online, which I did at the store, only to get the wrong product; had to go back to the store to return and reorder. All of this took time and generated frustration -- for a little pair of barbells!

Speedo Aqua Fitness Barbells Great Produ
These arrived quickly but were orange and grey (which I saw in another review so I wasn't totally surprised, just a bit disappointed as I liked the blue and white). This is a sturdy product which has added great benefit to my aquatic fitness. They are a bit bulky for carrying and I had to use a bigger gym bag, but other than that they are well worth the price and my arms are loving the workout.

Great Barbells - the perfect strength
I bought these for our home pool and they work great. They are comparable to what I use at the Y, so they were a terrific purchase at the sale price. Don't hesitate to purchase, the quality is there.

a little too large to be practical
They make me too buoyant. Everytime I push them down, I float too the top of the pool and can't do the exercises, even in relatively shallow water. Also color was grey and orange.

Good water weights
Very simple concept & they do make a difference using them in water. Good for people with arthritis.

the Click-on-Caps need Improvement
at the first Workout in our Pool the End Caps came off and the Bars seperated from the Swimmer-Parts. After glue it in with PVC-Cement so far they working as they should
