Polar FT1 Heart Rate Monitor 3.9 5 18 18
Excellent Works great and will give you a crazy productive workout...very very easy to use with one button to worry about...I have been using it for over a month and had zero challenges or complaints! April 23, 2013
The Fitness Watch operates as it should. The FT1 Fitness Watch is easy to use, the directions are simple, easy to read and I hope to use it for many years. March 26, 2013
Solid value Does what I was hoping for...simply measure the heart rate. Other units had many more whistles and bells but I needed only the rate monitor. Added bonus is that the unit communicates with some of the cardio machines at my fitness center. March 12, 2013
Great product This is a great product and works fine but was a little hard to setup. February 20, 2013
Heart rate readings not consistent Tried it running on the treadmill. Readings were inconsistent and generally too high. Controls are easy to understand and use. October 19, 2012
Good Basic Monitor I have used the monitor for about a month 4 times a week for 40 minutes per session. The monitor works well with most of the "PolarReady" machines at the YMCA in Richmond VA. Occasionally, the elliptical machine tries to substitute its own (erroneous) measure of my heart rate. At those times, I simply let go of one of the machine sensor handles for a while. Then the machine displays a correct rate. September 10, 2012
Polar HR Monitor Still Reliable I picked up my first Polar HR monitor in 2008; it endured almost four years of constant use. So I was looking for more of the same in this new HRM. It does not dissapoint: still very easy to set up and extremely reliable and accurate. The only downside is the irritation from the chest strap's center electrode, which didn't happen with the first one. August 21, 2012
Great, at First I use the product daily for my workouts and I've had it for about 1 month. It only has one button, so you have to coordinate when and how many times to push it for various functions. Previously, it always beeped to let me know exactly when my heartrate reached a certain level and clearly displayed the heartrate. Recently, it has started beeping and then fails to give me my heart rate. It seems to convert to telling time. So I'll wait for it to revert back and it doesn't. Then I assume that maybe I must have accidently hit the button and I'll press it again, only to find that it was still in heart rate mode. It had just stopped giving the heart rate. Then, because I HAVE hit the button - I have to reset it back to hearate mode. All the while, I'm missing precious work out minutes. Maybe I should have read some reviews first. June 27, 2012
Worth the cost the watch is basic and easy to use and best of all it works. it also, priced right. June 12, 2012
Dependable and precise I have been using Polar Heart Rate monitors for a very long time. They last for a long time and give exact measurements. May 14, 2012
