Allen ® 100-Grain Carbon Field Point The Allen Carbon Field Point combines penetration with knock-down power in a value-priced arrowhead. Using my 150-lb Barnett Jackel crossbow, I field-tested the 100 grain Allen field point on three out-of-the-box 20-inch Devastator carbon bolts. I inspected the points and shafts before and after testing. I found no structural wear after 15 shots with each bolt. This means that the Allen carbon points effectively distributed the impact load evenly back through the shaft. The target I use is a solid Styrofoam block at a 30-yard range. Shot precision averaged 1.5 MOA . For small game and varmint hunting, I would recommend Allen Carbon Field Points. April 16, 2013

Best tips ever If you want penetration, this is the tip you want. Well balanced for sure shots. I?m shooting 57# on my bow and it easily went through a 3/4" plywood board with half of the arrow sticking out the back side. I will be buying these again. February 22, 2013
