Zipper is a pain
I really wanted to give this product 5 stars, but, the zipper held me back.
The Metropolis Parka is just the right kind of warmth I've been looking for. This has been my first winter in MN, so I was in desperate need for something reliable. It definitely keeps you warm in the coldest of temps.
The only problem I've encountered is the zipper. It doesn't latch well at times, and can take ages to zip up. Fortunately, there are buttons to compensate for the zipper.

the warmest coat
this coat kept me warm in the coldest day. The length is perfect for me. So far nothing wrong, with the zipper well made. looks great the collar is just as good as a scarf. I recomend this coat the price is right

This coat is really warm
I bought this coat with no intention of getting a coat that day. It was just there, one left and was calling my name. I have enjoyed it's warmth and style. As the weather turned colder, it has been great to wear on walks. Love my new coat.

Love this coat!!!
Everything about this coat is what I was looking for. I am a 10-12. I bought the Large and it fits perfectly. I live in the ice rink with my grandsons who play hockey. The coat covers my tush and is very warm. Great value.

Zipper sticks :(
I love the jacket...the weight and warm is great. The zipper sticks. I have multiple NorthFace jackets and vests, and zippers are not their strong point. This one is by far the worst. NorthFace, please fix your zipper quality!

About this coat
REALLY like the fit, warmth, and light weight of this coat! Just need to ask North Face: "Heah, what's up with the flimsy, cheap, and sticky zippers? ". The zippers are consistent with what would be expected in a very cheap and poorly made coat! What is the deal with that?????

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
This is what I've been looking for...a longer down jacket that doesn't make me look and feel like the Michelin Man! I purchased the black one...and it looks and feels great. Keeps you nice and warm too!
