Happiness is Expensive
As most kids are wearing North Face, my kids have been wanting for a couple of years now. Trying to do good and make them fit in with the other kids in school, sure wish prices weren't so high.

This product fits to size
Purchased a Boys M/M 10/12 in this product. Upon first receiving this jacket , it appeared to look too small for my son who is 9 years old and wears a size 10 in most clothes but spending as much as I did, I wanted a few years wear out of it.
However, upon trying it on him, it fit perfectly in not only shoulders, but the sleeves and room in jacket. If I would have exchanged it for the larger size, the arms would have been too long and fit across shoulders too baggy. If your child is a size 12 I would order one size up (12/14). Great quality and love the feel and color of it. It is definitely a jacket that can be worn with dress clothes or everyday use

Courtesy
We needed to exchange one of the jackets for a size that was not in stock at the store nor on line. We went to the store to seek assistance. The clerk at the courtesy desk worked with us for about 1/2 an hour contacting other stores that had the item listed as in stock but when they checked found that their inventory was wrong. She was patient, courteous, and tenacious.

Perfect gift
I purchased this jacket for my son who likes wearing Northface. The quality is very good, not bulky and keeps him warm. I would definitly recommend this jacket. I ordered it through Dick's Sporting store and received it within a week.

Excellent quality
Ordered this for my son for Christmas. Ordered a size up and had to return and reorder but there were no problems with customer service online as well as in the store. Good purchase and have never had a problem with Dick's.

Great fit and great quality
This jacket is very light weight, yet very warm, and fits really well. It washes like a dream and looks brand new despite rough conditions. Great for camping and outdoor sports, but looks nice going to church.

2nd one purchased-Love, Love, Love this Jacket!!!
Excellent quality material. Looks great with jeans or dress pants, t-shirts, polo shirts and dress shirts.
My son had this jacket when he was 6 and wore it for 2 years even though it was too small. Everyone complimented him in it, It was his favorite jacket. Now he's 10 and still talks about missing it and wanting it back. Santa is bringing him this new one.
Note: Do not wash with softeners, Hang Dry and it will look great every time!

Good Coat don't live the service
The coat is great but a little pricey. Guess you pay for the name. Shipping was fast. My only complaint is they verify the amount with the bank which stays on your account 4 to 5 days an then charge the amount when it ships. I had two hundred dollars tied up for a 100 dollar item for a week.
