Below average design
Terrible design. The cup sits way to high so it does not conform to your body. When you put the cup in another jock it sits lower & works good. Cup squishy enough so it doesn't chafe, but provides good protection. When you wear compression shorts over cup it's a great combination. Without cup, compression shorts are real comfortable for running.
