I love this watch. You don't have to wear the weird heart rate monitor straps. You put your finger on the silver button on the watch itself for a couple of seconds and it reads your heart rate. Says if it is high or low too. Small enough for a girls wrist.
It has pedometer, clock, alarm, and a stop watch timer also.

Bought this product to replace my polar heart monitor. Huge mistake. Save your money. It does not make clear that your heart rate is only measured when you press and hold for almost a minute. Impossible to do during an intense workout. Came up with very inaccurate results. Want my money back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TerribleT Nice watch, bad heart rate monitor
The purpose of this purchase was to allow me to quickly and easily check my heart rate during exercise. It takes longer than I'd like to get a reading when I DO get a reading; more often than not it flashes like it's working on a reading and then just goes back to the time. User error? Maybe, but all you do is put a finger on the metal part above or below the watch face. Frustrating to not be able to get a reading.

Use this on a weekly basis and it consistantly provides inaccurate heart rate and caloric count. We use side by side with another and the other provide a more true stats.

This watch only monitors calories if your walking. It does not monitor other activities if your arm is not swinging. I've reset and called customer support and watch is just poor quality and inaccurate. It says I only burn 40 cals after one hour of spinning. If your wrist gets sweaty, the heart rate monitor will not read. Spend a little more for a better sports watch, but this is just an expensive timer for me. It's also very bulky so the face gets all scratched up, and the band is impossible to clean.
