Works great!
I have been using this watch for 2 years now and it does what I need and more! Love having actual calories that I burn displayed and heart rate as Im working out. It takes a while to figure out how to use it but I'm glad I have it!

Too Difficult
This product is very difficult to understand and actually use. I returned it within a week of the original purchase. Neither myself nor my husband, who has a fancy Garmin running watch, could figure this thing out.

complicated
I am so frustrated with this watch. Finally took it to my gym and gave it to my trainer. Took him 2 weeks and finally had to workout with it to figure it out. But still sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out anything it does other than heart rate. I could have bought a much cheaper watch if I just wanted heart rate. Do NOT waste your money or hours and hours of your time trying to read the instructions.

Terrible HRM
I bought this HRM from a Dick's in my area and regret ever having made the purchase. It was overly complicated to operate, the instruction manual was poorly written and it proved to be one of the most aggravating devices I've ever had the misfortune to own. I have begrudgingly used it during my workouts for the past year, mainly because I had wasted $120 on it. However since it was so unreliable in tracking data, I eventually used it just to have a live snapshot of my heart rate during a run and as a time piece. Last week it literally fell apart during a workout and I was relieved to finally toss it in the trash and be rid of it. So I bought another Timex HRM (for half the price of the Sportline) and am very satisfied with it and will stick with Timex brand from now on.

Good for everyday heartrate
I enjoy being able to get a quick reference of my heart rate zone while I am working out.

Works great but problem with packaging
I was pleased that it worked great when looking at my wrist. What really blew me away was when I got on treadmill at the Gym and it displayed my heart rate in real time. The machines allow me to set a heart rate and they adjust them selves to keep me at the target rate. The only problem I have is the packaging did not clearly tell me it was a women model. Luckly I have a small wrist and it works fine otherwise I would have been upset because I did not know it was a women's until I opened it and then I could not return it. The Gender of the model should be more clearly displayed.

Complicated
Looks nice but very complicated to use. Also the band did not hold up very well.

No easy to get to info you want
The instruction are not good. I contacted Sportsline because I had questions and no one respond to my email request. I am still having issues understanding how it works. Because of the money spent I am forced to make this work.
