Marcy Platinum SB-228 Utility Bench 2.2 5 16 16
Great for Beginers not the best bench in the world and i have no idea how much it will hold but it gets the job done were im at right now so thts all tht matter great for ppl who r starting out i read some other reviews about this earlier and ppl said it was unsturdt or not stable enough no thts not it the bolts r very long so it order to make it sturdy and safe tighten all the nuts after u get all of the on and have them really tight or the bench will wabble but overall a good product March 27, 2013
Waste of Money!!!! I was drawn to the lower price, but alas, you get what you pay for! Assembly was very difficult and the holes on the bench didnt line up properly and it came missing screws and bolts. In an attempt to stop to constant squeaking I tried using duct tape, it didnt do anything to stop the constant noises and wobbling during use.Because of the poor ergonomics doing ab workouts are anywhere from difficult to painful and half the time the bench feels like it is going to fall apart. Horrible product that Dick's should really consider pulling from thier shelves. March 18, 2013
Wobble, wobble The most unsturdy bench I have ever used. When doing presses if feels like your going to fall to the left or right of the bench. January 4, 2013
horrible....DO NOT BUY the worst piece of enigeering ever. unstable and unsafe for use. wish i could givenit back but infear the taking apart effort since it was so difficult to assemble. piecenof junk December 25, 2012
reasonably priced not the highest quality but can't complain for the money December 9, 2012
No good It was hard to put together. Good luck trying to do ab work. And it sucks to do dumbell bench presses, your head hangs off the bench. I wish I could get my money back. July 18, 2012
Horrible Piece of junk, that was damaged. Very difficult to put together. May 24, 2012
Works fine Easy to assemble and works well. I use it 5 days a week, 210lb male here. May 21, 2012
Junk Putting it together was quick and easy, using it is the problem. It's easy to adjust but is the least sturdy piece of equipment I've ever used. If you don't have a problem with wobbling, then this might work out for you. April 17, 2012
Works well I didn't have any trouble putting it together. Strong, compact, folds flat, good decline! March 15, 2012
