Rated 1 out of 5 by SQUEAK!!! Horribly uncomfortable until broken in. After they're broken in, they squeak.... DO NOT BUY!!! January 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by comfortable, durable work boot this is my 4th pair of this work boot over the last 6 years, and i keep going back to them. they last about about 16-18 months before i have to replace because the toe area gets cut/worn open, which is a safety concern. i work 40-60 hours a week as a pipefitter under all kinds of conditions, and this boot performs quite well! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Work Boot Love these boots...I work at a commercial nursery; lots of water, mud, and steel tools/wagons all over. I've looked at other boots before. None fit this well, look this tough, or has lasted as long as these...They are warm but don't make your feet sweat... Only drawback is that the Steel toe version is a little hefty and therefore a bit heavy...I've never tried the soft toe version...Great boot! I'm on my 3rd pair in 5 years (over 1 year for a pair of any boots at a nursery is rare) ...overall some good looking QSB's! December 9, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by The only one Worked in landscaping for 11 years and in a limestone quarry for three and these boots stand the test of time. They last me about 18-24 months on the job along with all of my yardwork at home. Work in mud, water, dirt, oil, heat and fire (from welding and cutting sparks). This year will be my eighth and ninth pair. I always keep a backup. February 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by horrible on snow and ice These boots are comfortable and solid, but they are horrible on snow and ice. They don't grip at all so you slide all over. January 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by uncomfortable bought them and have nothing but discomfort, they didn't break in well. I have worn Timberlands for years and love them but these have caused so much discomfort that I had to see a Podiatrist. I'm going to try a different style this time and hope they are better. Rated 1 out of 5 by Most uncomfortable boot ever This is by far the most uncomfortable boot I have ever worn. They didn't have my size to try on, so I ordered them over the internet. The came in and were awful, stiff and heavy. After wearing them for a few days to see if they would break in, my knees were killing me. I switched back to my old boots for two weeks, my knees felt better. Many thanks to the Staff at the Northpoint store for working with me and allowing me to exchange them for a different pair. After all, when you try to break in work boots by wearing them to work, they don't exactly look new anymore. April 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't waste your money. I bought these boots for a chemical factory work setting. I have worn them for 4 days and have chunks of skin missing on my heals. The seam is right down the heal of your foot which causes it to rub and leave some nasty sores and blisters. Don't go through the pain that I have suffered! December 21, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Boot This is a good and comfortable boot. It is water resistant and keeps my feet warm in New England wit stand socks. January 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good work boots I had to have these for work... need to work them in a little more, but otherwise a good strong work boot. January 22, 2015
