Hand Held Power Boosters
I bought these paddles to do the butterfly but have found them even more beneficial for a faster, more powerful backstroke. I have a solid surface pair that I use for power freestyle and what I like about these is the perforated surface which allows water to flow through, thus reducing resistance slightly while improving feel & control. I also like the fact that the paddles are contoured and the straps can be used to secure the fingers & hands in more than one way, so a custom fit can be achieved for different strokes and hand techniques. Overall I give this product an A+! Thanks Speedo & Dick's!
