Strong
It works well for synchronized swimmers, who sometimes need to put a white cap on over gelled hair with bobby pins, when they do figure competition. The cap is strong and not easily pierced by bobby pins.

swim cap
This is the third Speedo swim cap I have purchased at Dick's. The first two cost about $13 each, and each one lasted no more than a few weeks before they ripped, and I could no longer use them. (And I do not have long fingernails!)The third time around, I took a chance on this $3-4 Speedo cap since I figured I have little to lose. So far this cap has been wonderful! - much better than the more expensive ones in terms of flexibility, with lots of room (but not too much)and sufficient comfort. I use the cap 5-7 days per week, and it has held up well to this point. I would recommend swimmers bypass the more expensive caps and buy this one.

I would not buy this product again
The swim cap would not cover my hair. I am returning the cap.

excellent customer service
Cheap but served the purpose well. Needed a swim cap for gym class. Hair gets a little wet, but overall satisfied. Did our homework online, but needed it asap. Went into the store. They didn't have it instock, so they ordered it online with free shipping to our door!

I swim six days a week. I go through swim caps about every three or four months. This cap is a great buy. The quality is average. For the price of this cap you can't go wrong.
