It was a "Nice Thought" The idea of purchasing this product for soccer games, in cooler temperatures, was definitely there--and a great idea. My intention was to help keep my child warm during the game. However, we did not notice until we were out the door and once he had the pants on that they had a hole going down the seam of the right leg--which totally defeated the intended purpose of the purchase. Not only that... but they run larger in size so a Large fits like an XL and a Medium like a Large... so on and so forth. They were a bit "baggier" than expected. Was I soured by the experience of this purchase after spending nearly 30 minutes in the store looking for pants and comparing them to one another??..., "Yes." Will I consider making another purchase of pants from this brand??..., "No." Will I go back to Dick's and purchase another brand and pair of pants??...., "Definitely!" At the end of the day.. the pants will have to be mended--by me--and if that fails.. they will make GREAT RAGS for around the house and outdoor use. November 16, 2012
