GREAT OWL The Owl has life like feathers. It does a great job stuck up in a tree in the back yard February 3, 2015
Bird decoy We have a problem with predatory birds ( blue heron ) at our outdoor fish pond. This decoy seems to work ! No visits since displaying the decoy . November 18, 2014
Does not work. Hawks shocked at first but got used to him within one day. Kept little birds and crows away. I wanted to keep the hawks away. I don't like hawks. August 14, 2014
Mission Accomplished The Flambeau owl decoys are apparently quite realistic to the starlings who formerly congregated on our balconies. Decoys were well described, reasonably priced, and promptly shipped. Excellent service! February 12, 2013
Woodpeckers Retreat Having had a couple of woodpeckers chipping away at the wood siding on the main floor of our house, I had tried to scare them off - but that would only work temporarily. This owl, which is currently hanging from a branch at the target corner of the house, slowly turns and looks about and apparently works. No pecking sounds for a couple of weeks. Only suggestion - No info on mounting it from its base - but as I say, hanging it by a cord seems to be working very well. Phew! December 1, 2012
Decoy 'Scareowl' Having learned that a model of an owl would discourage a woodpeckers from working on the woodsiding to our house, I looked around. This owl is reasonably priced - I wound up hanging it from a branch near the corner that was being 'worked' on - and voila - they haven't been back! Great solution! Would suggest some info accompanying the decoy on placing it on a post. November 15, 2012
Owl gaurd It keeps to bird from crapping on my porch. June 26, 2012
This Product does NOT work! The only thing good about this producct is that it's inexpensive. I bought it to help me with a pidgeon problem at my business. It didn't work at all. These birds couldn't care less about my inanimate plastic horned owl. They land right next to it and continue to defecate away like any other day. At least I only wasted [$]. Some companies charge $40.00 to not do a friggin thing. May 2, 2012
