lots of room
This bag is great. Heavy duty zippers, lots of room inside. There is a place for everything. An area to hold the mitt snug in one place, room for the helmet a place to store batting gloves and a few extra balls, room for at least two bats, we don't keep the cleats in it but there is a spot for them too.

Extra Pockets Are Great!

perfect size for 10-year-old
My son fits size small catcher shin guards, chest protector, batting helmet, glove, bat, cleats, and room left over for a few balls and snacks, and water bottle. It takes a little attention in packing that much stuff, but any larger, and he would need wheels to move it. That's a big step up in price, as well. There is a nice pouch inside for batting gloves, although I wish it had velcro on the outside for them. That's an easy DIY add-on. Mandatory fence hook included.

The perfect bag
This bag has it all! I initially was in the market for a backpack for my daughter that is until I found this bag. It holds so much more and has a separate compartment for her cleats. Luggage quality will last for a long time. Highly recommend this bag. It currently holds 2 gloves, helmet w/face mask, fielding mask, 3 bats, cleats, sliding pad, 2 11" balls, batting gloves and still has room to spare!!
