A very good buy!
I am very pleased with so many functions, to name a few the average heart rate, high and low heart rate, and the amount of calories burned. Along with the chrono and review modes makes this watch a very good buy for me. I also think I should mention the help I recieved from Collin at your Springdale, Ohio store made the purchasing of this watch on line a very pleasant experience.

Great tool
I used the product when I workout at the gym as well as when I'm playing basketball. I use it comparison purposes for the effectiveness of gym workouts as opposed to playing sport. Great tool to see what works more effective for me to shape my body and workout routine.

A very accurate HRM
I've had this Timex about a week. I've been wanting an HRM for a while since I'm about to start HIIT in addition to weight training. It's important for me to track my heart rate while doing my work out- especially since the current focus with my work out is fat burn & I want to stay within the 'fat burn zone'. Having this unit makes things much easier since I don't have to keep holding the built in HRM on treadmills (since it's still a bit chilly to go running outside). Although it takes a few minutes to get an accurate reading on heart rate when you first strap on the HRM- I've discovered it's a fairly accurate unit; after comparing it with the built in HRM on treadmills & blood pressure monitors. Another added bonus is the total calories burned based on your weight & MHR. It also includes a booklet for heart zone training if your into that. The thing I'm not too keen on is the chest strap. I think Timex should have put the sensor on the wrist, after all people measure your pulse through your wrist. That said, I picked up this model over others since I've owned Ironman models from Timex before & have found them to be rugged so I bought an Ironman with an HRM. Would be 5 stars but I think it could be improved by not having a chest strap.
