Cramer's shoulder wrap is a horrible waste of money!
After returning the first one because it didn't get cold overnight in the freezer, the second one had the same problem. I took it back to Dicks and they wouldn't take it back without the original packaging. So I cut it open, took out the so called cold packs and they were empty inside. One of them had a little liquid in it but not enough to keep anything cold. I bought some real cold/freezer packs and sewed them into the shoulder wrap myself. I was very disappointed with the Cramer product and Dicks for not standing behind the products they sell.

Doesnt seem to work right
I feel like we are not using it right. It is very thin. Feels like there is no gel or anything inside it to freeze. We leave in the freezer for a few days, and take out, and it is not cold. The material on outside is cold, but it does not feel like an "icepack". Does not get my sons arm cold. I was going to call Cramer to see if we are doing something wrong, or if it is possibly defective.

Cramer Cold Shoulder wrap is great!
After trying a few others, this is the easiest to use. just put in freezer and take out after each practice/game. 100% satisfied. Makes icing your arm after a game quick and easy. Fits good with adjustable velcro strap.

Great idea - bad functionality
Bought for my son to ice his pitching arm. It may have been a little big for an 11 year old but it didn't matter because it was barely cool from the start. Only stayed that way about 10 minutes, not nearly long enough to be effective. I returned it to the store.
